Add Contract lines to a Sales Order

When Contract Items are added to a Sales Quote they get offered to a customer. In order to support the whole sales cycle of the Contract Item, it is possible to connect it to a Sales Contract through which it should be invoiced regularly to a Customer.

Make Order

When an offer is converted to an order the Contract Items will stay in the document.

Connect Contract Items to Contracts

If not already connected to a Sales Contract the Contract Item can be connected to a Sales Contract for the regularly invoice creation process.

Transfer contract items

To transfer the contract items to the contract click on the button Transfer contract items. The items will then be added to the assigned Sales Contract. The Next invoice Creation Date will be used for the first invoice of these newly added contract items.

Automatic transfer of contract items

When an offer gets invoiced in full, all contract items will be transfered to the assigned contracts. There is no need for clicking the transfer button.
